- Depression and dread of undefined danger
- Severe drawing in head with fulness

- Heart labours heavily
- Pulse rose to 100, but became normal at end of perspiration
- Back felt sprained
- Pain (pressing) in lumbar region
- Sharp, darting rheumatic pains in hands and feet
- Exhaustion
- Uneasiness
- Unrest
- Recurrence of symptoms
- All symptoms greater by sweat
- Sweat, soon becoming profuse, which gradually greater all other symptoms except exhaustion
- Head perspired less than rest of body
